Shipping within the EU
All orders ship from our warehouse within the EU (Kolín, Czech Republic). We deliver to the EU countries available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Economy: 4–8 business days after dispatch. Estimates vary by destination.
Express: faster options may be available at checkout.

VAT, customs and duties
Prices include VAT at the rate applicable to your EU delivery country. There are no customs fees or import duties on deliveries within the EU.
