Baby’s first tracklo

Built up as a sweet tracklo bike and first fixed gear! Fun and versatile bike with all sorts of tire clearance. A little long to be a true race weapon but you can’t get a better deal on an entry to the fixed world.

Fixed gear review

Great bike. Price was great. Fun to ride. The only issue I have is that the color is much more pink than red. Which is ok.

Very solid bike; misleading color

Very solid, simple, reliable fixed gear. Love every ride. One reason I selected it among the fixed gear line was the "tropical red" color which it is not. It is salmon in its hue which is slightly disappointing. Again, GREAT bike with no mechanical or design flaws. But it should not be advertised as "red" when its not and a consumer can make an informed decision. I realize salmon is in the hex codes of red but they are really different colors.

Decent bike, frustrating process

The "Tropical Red" color is way more pink than it looks in the pictures, also my bike arrived missing the seatpost+saddle because the packaging was falling apart. State was really quick about sending a replacement. When I took it to the shop to get it assembled they showed me that the dropout was bent out of shape on one side and there was some different color touch-up paint on the bent dropout as if someone had noticed the bent dropout and just touched up the paint and sent it anyway. with the dropout in this condition it is very difficult to remove and reinsert the rear wheel. I had to use a punch and hammer to open the dropout enough for the wheel to fit and a lot of the paint on the edges of the dropout is scraped off from having to shove the axle in. Now that I'm riding the bike it is a nice bike, I just expected my new bike experience to be less frustrating.
